Who expects that an app will make custom changes for your specific needs for just one business- they did this for us! Chance responds within minutes for support and trouble shooting. "We've been using this app for 6 months now and it's great. the dashboard is super helpful and it's easy to set-up and integrate. I wish there was a spot for custom pay-out amount so we could more quickly mark sales at a specific $ amount (instead of manually clicking the items sold and adjusting with additional payout amount) - but honestly, for the price the value is INCREDIBLE. If I ever have questions the support team is so quick to respond. Would 10/10 recommend. As a B&M and online store that offers a very large variety of both consignment and wholesale options, I am VERY pleased with this app. I have also used, in the past, RESALE GLOBAL (ARAVENDA) and RICOCHET. I wasted, literally, thousands of dollars before I found this app. Not to mention.. the customer service has been SUPERB. They have addressed every inquiry I have, and fine tuned some things to meet our needs. Cost makes it manageable for a small business, it is user friendly, and my vendors like it as well.
